Standard UK Delivery

The standard UK delivery charge is £5.50

Providing your items are in stock we will aim to deliver your order within 3-5 working days, please note during our sale and peak periods you should allow up to 7 days.

Saturdays, Sundays and all Bank Holidays are classed as non working days.

We may use 2 companies to deliver your goods: Royal Mail or Yodel (DHL). 
If possible please specify safe place to leave package at delivery address e.g with a neighbour or in porch.

Where possible we will endeavour to send all of your order together, however if any part of your order is out of stock we will notify you of the anticipated delivery date or offer a suitable alternative which matches the product type and/or price. Please be aware that you will only pay for one delivery charge.

All delivery dates are estimates and we cannot guarantee specific deadlines. 
Willow reserves the right to discontinue any of its products without prior warning or notice.

 

Express Next Day Delivery

Next Day Delivery is possible if we receive your order before 12 noon Monday - Friday. Saturday Deliveries included.

The charge for Next Day Delivery is £10.00. We can only offer this service to orders being delivered within the UK. This services excludes the Scottish Highlands, Channel Islands, and Northern Ireland

Same Day Delivery to Central London

Willow can offer Same Day Delivery to Central London postcodes:
W1, W2, W8, W9, W10, W11, WC1, WC2, SW1, SW2, SW3, SW4, SW7, SW8, SW9, N1, NW1, NW5, NW8, E1, EC1, EC2, EC3, SE1, SE11, SE17, SE16

Mainland Europe Deliveries

We offer a service to send orders to Mainland Europe (including Republic Of Ireland). The cost of this service is £12.00.

We aim to despatch all orders within 3 days of receipt. Please allow up to 14 working days for European Mainland deliveries to arrive at their destination.

Please note that Saturdays, Sundays and all Bank Holidays are classed as non working days. 

Willow does not take responsibility for any items once outside of the United Kingdom.

 

Delivery to outside Mainland Europe

It is possible for Willow to send orders to destinations outside of Mainland Europe. The delivery costs will vary per order due to destination and size & weight of the items.
