LAST DAY TO ORDER FOR GUARANTEED CHRISTMAS DELIVERY IS 18TH DECEMBER 2025. Orders taken from 19th onwards are not guaranteed for Christmas.
Please note - the office and warehouse are closed from 23rd December 2025- 5th January 2026. Orders placed during this time will not be processed or shipped until the office reopens on the 5th January
Standard UK Delivery - 3 to 5 days
The standard UK delivery charge is £4.95
Providing your items are in stock we will aim to deliver your order within 3-5 working days, please note during our sale and peak periods you should allow up to 7 days.
Saturdays, Sundays and all Bank Holidays are classed as non working days.
We may use 2 companies to deliver your goods: Royal Mail or Courier.
If possible please specify safe place to leave package at delivery address e.g with a neighbour or in porch.
Next Day Delivery - UK Mainland - orders must be placed by 12pm Monday - Thursday
The next working delivery (UK Mainland) charge is £10.95.
You can place a next day delivery order Monday - Thursday each day up to 12pm.
Providing your items are in stock we will aim to deliver your order the next day.
Please note that we only accept next day delivery orders Monday - Friday. We do not ship items on Saturdays, Sundays and Bank Holidays, and during annual shut-down periods.
We can only offer this service to orders being delivered within the UK. This services excludes the Scottish Highlands, Channel Islands, Northern Ireland, Isle of Man and the Isle of Wight.
Saturday Delivery - UK Mainland - orders must be placed by 12pm Friday
Saturday delivery (UK Mainland) charge is £11.95.
You must place your order by 12pm on a Friday for Saturday delivery
